1. No Refund Policy

All workshop registrations at RyzNxt are non-refundable.

Once a participant completes registration and payment:

• A seat is reserved
• Access and resources are planned
• Communication channels (WhatsApp group access) are prepared

Due to the nature of live workshops and limited enrollment windows, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Registration

Registrations are:

• Non-transferable
• Valid only for the registered participant
• Cannot be reassigned to another individual or future workshop

3. Missed Sessions

If a participant:

• Misses a session
• Fails to attend the workshop
• Faces personal or technical issues

No refund or compensation will be provided.

4. Workshop Changes or Cancellation by RyzNxt

In the rare event that RyzNxt cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants will be:

• Notified in advance
• Offered either a rescheduled session or an alternative solution at RyzNxt’s discretion

5. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting RyzNxt first may result in:

• Permanent restriction from future workshops
• Removal from all official RyzNxt communication channels
