At RyzNxt, we focus on delivering high-quality, live, outcome-based workshops. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering for any workshop.
1. No Refund Policy
All workshop registrations at RyzNxt are non-refundable.
Once a participant completes registration and payment:
- A seat is reserved
- Access and resources are planned
- Communication channels (WhatsApp group access) are prepared
Due to the nature of live workshops and limited enrollment windows, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Non-Transferable Registration
Registrations are:
- Non-transferable
- Valid only for the registered participant
- Cannot be reassigned to another individual or future workshop
3. Missed Sessions
If a participant:
- Misses a session
- Fails to attend the workshop
- Faces personal or technical issues
No refund or compensation will be provided.
4. Workshop Changes or Cancellation by RyzNxt
In the rare event that RyzNxt cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants will be:
- Notified in advance
- Offered either a rescheduled session or an alternative solution at RyzNxt’s discretion
5. Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting RyzNxt first may result in:
- Permanent restriction from future workshops
- Removal from all official RyzNxt communication channels
We strongly encourage participants to reach out to us directly for any concerns.
